  • The above mentioned prices include Power Back Up , ESC, Club Membership, One Car Parking but do not include Landscape Facing PLC (Rs.50.00 per sq. ft.), Ground Floor Lawn PLC (Rs.500.00 per sq. ft. of lawn area), Top Floor Terrace PLC (Rs.400.00 per sq. ft.), IFMSD (Rs.50.00 per sq. ft.) & Lease Rent(Rs.100.00 per sq. ft.).
  • In case of Special Payment Plan, any installment (after booking money) should not be less than 4% of the price and there should not be gap of more than 4 months between two installments.
  • The above-mentioned prices are only for a special scheme and for a limited period of time and can be withdrawn at the sole discretion of the company at any time without giving any notice.
  • Stamp Duty, Registration Charges, Legal/ Miscellaneous Expenses, Taxes etc., shall be payable by the allottee at the time of offer of possession.
